Southern California Flat Track Association’s 2015 Edition of its traditional twelve round Championship Series is slated to line up for round one, this coming Saturday, February 28. Returning to action for 2015, SCFTA is coming off an outstanding 2014 run that saw an average entry list upwards of one-hundred and thirty contestants for each round. Returning to the track for selected rounds and to defend his 2014 SCFTA Pro Championship will be Kayl Kolkman. With the loyalty of seasoned Veteran racers like Jeff Johnson, David Molitor, Steele Friedrich, Danny Perkins, Allan Girdler, and Jim Lundgren staging on the chalk, we are geared up for some white knuckle action. The Youth revival that has speedsters like two class 2014 SCFTA Champion Travis Petton IV, leading the charge for the Youngsters that are the future Pros of tomorrow.

Gates open at 11:00 AM, practice at 3:00 PM, with Heats starting after practice is complete and the track is watered. Spectator’s fees are ten dollars with age 4 and under Free. As the typical SCFTA standard, access to the pits is included in the price of admission for fans to talk with their favorite racers and marvel at the machines.
